ChildSafe Network Project Coordinator

Job Location: Banda Aceh, Indonesia
Duties: - Manage, supervise and oversee work of the CN Aceh staff. - Supervise and oversee the implementation of ChildSafe projects in Aceh Province. - Conduct ongoing research to determine situation analysis (identifying partners and members; tourism industry trends; political atmosphere, etc) - Build a strong network of referral and implementing partners and members - Conduct regular evaluations of implemented projects - Work closely with Friends Alliance Coordinator and FI Aceh Provincial Coordinator - Weekly meetings with FI Aceh Provincial Coordinator - Maintain excellent relations with local and national authorities - Maintain excellent relations with relevant IOs and NGOs - Maintain excellent relations with donor agencies. - Establish MoUs with relevant authorities (local and national) - Supervise and monitor active ChildSafe projects in Aceh Province. - Supervise and oversee the monitoring of ChildSafe members and partners to protect the integrity and quality of the program. - Financial management of projects to stay on budget and time. - Assist in the development of new project concepts and proposals for donor support - Conduct training sessions to members, partners and authorities - Travel around province for training, monitoring and possible travel outside Aceh Province and Indonesia. - Review, assist and oversee IEC development. - Review, assist and oversee development of promotional and membership materials. - Reporting to FI Aceh Provincial Coordinator (FI PC) and ChildSafe International Coordinator (CIC). This may include monthly, quarterly reports, 6 month reports and final reports. - Design new ChildSafe Network strategies and projects for Friends-International in Indonesia based on the needs observed and in collaboration with the International Coordinator and FI program coordinators - Prepare reports, follow-ups and evaluations for Friends-International, donors and Indonesian government. - Advocacy for street children and related issues - Other task required by FI PC and CIC.
Start date: NOW
Salary: Base – 5M-6M, negotiable depending on candidates work experience
Probation period: three month
Candidates will be expected to comply with Friends-International's child protection policy.
