We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced national staff to work in ATAMBUA ( WEST TIMOR ) :
FIELD FINANCE OFFICER
(Code: FFO-ATB, 1 position)
The Field Finance Officer reports to the Programme Manager and is responsible for implementing and undertaking financial, accounting and cashiering activities, supports budgeting activities and supports the programme in maintaining efficient financial systems/records.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Undertake financial, accounting and control activities of field office in order to ensure project activities can run effectively, efficiently and with appropriate confidentiality * To support Programme Manager in performing budgeting preparation and budget monitoring to ensure the implementation of the budget is in line with SCUK policies and guidelines * To support Programme Manager in preparing required financial reports for all related parties both internal and external, in order to ensure the provision of accurate and timely financial information * Perform cash, bank and payment activities and support payroll process in order to ensure the activities can support the programme operations effectively, efficiently and properly * Assisting Field Grant Officer to compile reports and monitor expenditures
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting * Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or related field with INGO(s) * Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
