Find out more on: www.ifrc.org International Federation-Indonesia Country Office is looking for candidates to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia for the post of : Human Resources (HR) Officer (8 Months Fixed Term contract) Key tasks and responsibilities: Monitor, ensure and process the expatriates working permit (visa, kitas, extension, renewal) for all Federation Delegates and PNS in the Indonesia Delegation by liaising with related unit. It includes giving necessary advice on the process.Liaise with counterparts (PMI, Embassy, Minister of Foreign Affair, State Secretariat RI, Directorate General of Immigration) concerning expatriates working permit regulation, policy and bureaucracy. Manage database file regarding visa/KITAS tracking system including IFRC and PNSs delegate arrival and departure.Provide Visa/KITAS monthly forecast and process invoices in coordination with Finance Unit.Maintain database and keeping track of IFRC and PNSs Delegates and ensure the complete archiving system, it includes liaison to the AP Zone office / GVA for sending the original required documents to them such as CoC, delegate secondment form, CV, IFRC ID tracking system, Contract, etc) To inform and do necessary arrangement of staff events (staff baby delivery, welcome/farewell party, death, sick, wedding, etc) when required. Organize the briefing, debriefing of delegates, expatriates consultant and expatriates visitors (it includes to liaise with related staff in submitting EOM report, appraisals). Coordinate with related unit in a proper and timely manner. Manage, ensure and process the security access door for both Federation and PNS staff in Jakarta Responsible for the integrated and non integrated on their documentation (signing the code of conduct, security rules, Delegate secondment form, CV, Federation red book, etc). It includes the delegates projected staff in the calendar and following year to be updated. |

The American Red Crosshelps vulnerable people around the world to prevent, prepare for and respond to disasters, complex humanitarian emergencies and life-threatening health conditions. It is a member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies(IFRC) and works with Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI). Following the completion of the Tsunami Recovery Program (TRP) in June 2010, American Red Cross is presently developing a long term Indonesia Development Program (IRP). The IRP Program will be focusing on four main areas: Water & Sanitation, Health, Disaster Management, and Organizational Development. Therefore, the American Red Cross is currently seeking the Senior HR & Admin Officer for the IRP Program to be based in Jakarta with an initial 12 months fixed term contract: Duties and Responsibilities: 1. HR Functions v Collect and file of complete delegates data, including maintain delegates file v Collect, check and send delegates time sheet to NHQ based on schedule v Up date the PTO & R/R data of delegates, coordination with HR in HQ and MSA calculation v Draft and type form, correspondence letter related to HR v Coordinate on all HR matters with IFRC and ensure that information regarding HR (e.g. new/extended/ending contracts, insurance, compensation, holidays, etc) is conveyed/communicated as required to national and international staff in a timely manner |

The Indonesia Urban Water Sanitation and Hygiene (IUWASH) project is a sixty-month program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented under the leadership of DAI. IUWASH works with government, the private sector, NGOs, community groups and other stakeholders to improve access to safe water supply and sanitation in Indonesia’s urban areas.
IUWASH is currently recruiting for a Human Resources (HR) Officer to assist the Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party in the management of all human resources functions for the Project’s head office in Jakarta as well as four regional offices. The HR Officer will ensure personnel policies are implemented consistently and are up to date, oversee the benefits package to long-term staff, and coordinate the hiring and employment process project-wide. Specific responsibilities shall include the following:

1. Assist the COP and DCOP in setting personnel policies (in the form of the Personnel Manual) and ensure that these policies are understood and followed by all employees;
2. Coordinate the recruitment needs of the Project;
3. Process employment agreements and assist the COP and DCOP in setting remuneration for new hires;
4. Collect/verify necessary personnel documentation and maintain complete and current master files for each employee;
5. Coordinate the Annual Performance Review Process across all offices;
6. Manage the IUWASH Benefits package for all long-term staff.

RTI/DBE1 is currently looking for candidate to assume the following position: Procurement & HR Assistant SUMMARY / BACKGROUND Procurement & HR Assistant is member of DBE1 Administration team based in Jakarta and performs Procurement and HR jobs. The incumbent works in close coordination with Office Manager Jakarta, Office Managers in Provinces and DBE1 PAM. WORK PERFORMED 1. Procurement * Receive and process procurement and purchase requests are according to the procedures from USAID, RTI and DBE1 for national office and provincial offices for transaction above Rp. 5,000,000,-. * Supervise and provide support for procurement and transactions are according to the procedures from USAID, RTI and DBE1 in provincial level or other transactions under Rp. 5,000,000,-. * Receive and review incoming invoices related to purchases or lease prior to payment by Finance Department. * Organize annual review for vendor performance for all project offices with the documentation and recommendations ; to extend contracts or to replace with other vendors. * Work with Sr. Office Manager to review and update assets inventory data base in RAM for National and Provincial offices. * Work with Administration team for other assignments as appointed by Senior Office Manager Jakarta. 1. Human Resources * Monitor and prepare complete documentation for local and international short-term consultants including time-sheets, travel arrangements, invoices, non-performance issues, and storing of final deliverables. * Implementation of a HR database system for the Jakarta and Provincial Offices to include maintaining comprehensive updated and accurate personnel information as required such as bio-data for new and old employees, days work, annual leave, and timesheets. * Coordinate with RTI-Indonesia to maintain consistency of data received. * Attend and contribute to the project's periodic administrative as well as program meetings as required. * Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum bachelor degree with at least 3 years relevant experience * Excellent computer skill in Microsoft windows * Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English * Experience in office administration * Preferably has previous experience working in INGO/ NPO * Able to work independently and as a team member * Ability to kept sensitive HR records and information confidential * Ability to appreciate international diversity and to establish effective working relationships with international clients * Commitment to basic principles of equity and to broader RTI ethical guidelines |
