LPMAK (Lembaga Pengembangan Masyarakat Amungme & Kamoro) adalah sebuah
lembaga nirlaba yang dipercaya mengelola Dana Kemitraan dari PT. Freeport
Indonesia dan berkedudukan di Timika, Kabupaten Mimika, Papua. Melalui Biro
Pendidikan, LPMAK berusaha mewujudkan visi Terwujudnya pendidikan yang
berkualitas berbasis nilai-nilai moral dan kebutuhan lokal bagi kemajuan
masyarakat di Kabupaten Mimika.



Salah satu program Biro Pendidikan LPMAK adalah pemberian beasiswa bagi
masyarakat tujuh suku di Kabupaten Mimika, khususnya Amungme dan Kamoro.
Untuk menunjang keberhasilan studi peserta beasiswa, Biro Pendidikan LPMAK
membutuhkan posisi sebagai berikut:



*CAREER COUNSELOR/KONSELOR BIMBINGAN KARIR*

*Masa kerja: Tiga tahun kontrak yang diperpanjang setiap tahun berdasarkan
evaluasi kinerja*

*Tujuan Umum: *

1.      Biro Pendidikan LPMAK memiliki Rencana Strategis untuk layanan karir
dan konseling terpadu.

2.      Peserta Beasiswa LPMAK terpilih (1-2 tahun sebelum lulus) memiliki
pemahaman dan gambaran tentang diri pribadinya sehubungan dengan karakter
dan kemampuannya.

3.      Peserta Beasiswa terpilih memiliki gambaran yang jelas tentang
pilihan karir/usaha atau pendidikan lanjutan yang jelas dan sesuai.

4.      Peserta Beasiswa terpilih mempunyai rencana yang jelas dalam
melakukan pencarian kerja, membuka usaha atau pendidikan lanjutan

5.      Terbentuknya karakter peserta beasiswa terpilih yang tangguh, ulet
dan siap kerja.

*Tujuan Khusus:*

1.      Tersedianya database kepribadian dan kemampuan dari peserta beasiswa
terpilih sejumlah sekitar 150 orang.

2.      Tersedianya sumber informasi atau data peluang yang jelas mengenai
kesempatan untuk berkarir/usaha atau pilihan-pilihan untuk pendidikan
lanjutan – dengan informasi yang selalu terupdate.

3.      Mengikutkan para peserta beasiswa terpilih pada kegiatan Career
Fair/Job Fair/Expo secara rutin.

4.      Tersedianya database rencana pilihan dari peserta beasiswa terpilih
yang selalu terupdate paling kurang setiap tiga (3) bulan.

and improving access to quality education and to empowerment
opportunities that contribute to poverty reduction. The Foundation
currently runs a number of philanthropic programs in Indonesia ranging
from scholarship, teachers training, school improvement programs,
research support, to small business development.

Tanoto Foundation is currently looking for Program Officer - Scholarship
& Special Initiatives to be based in Jakarta, with time to time require
travelling. The Officer will be directly in charge to improve the
quality of scholarship program and at the same time The Officer have to
establish active communication with scholars and alumni.

Chemonics International Inc, a leading international consulting firm based in
Washington, D.C., seeks candidates for the following positions on the Indonesia
PRIORITAS (Prioritizing Reform, Innovation, and Opportunities for Reaching
Indonesia’s Teachers, Administrators, and Students) Project funded by the U.S.
Agency for International Development (USAID) in Indonesia. PRIORITAS aims to
provide the Government of Indonesia (GOI) with technical assistance, training
and related resources necessary to improve the quality of teaching. The project
team will assist the GOI at the national, provincial and district levels to
improve data-based decision making, communication and coordination, as well as
provide training for district and school administrators on school management,
financial analysis and governance so that necessary resources will be available
to continuously improve teaching and learning. Technical activities will build
on and further consolidate gains made under previous Decentralized Basic
Education (DBE) Projects.

1) Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
The DCOP’s responsibilities include day-to-day project management, including
staff management, activities and sub-awards and oversight of monitoring,
evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications:
* A minimum of 7 years of experience managing donor supported basic
education and human and institutional capacity development projects.
* A demonstrated commitment to addressing challenges of basic education
reform in developing countries.

* A demonstrated ability to work collegially and productively with a
variety of partners and stakeholders.

* Advanced degree in education and/or a relevant field.
* Contract and grants management experience preferred.
* Familiarity with Indonesia education system and challenges.
* Ability to participate in all representation and technical meetings in
English and Bahasa Indonesia.

2) Teacher Training Advisor

Qualifications:
* At least ten years experience in the development and implementation of
teacher training (both in-service and pre-service) at education institutions
either international or with

* Indonesian universities or in-service providers.
* Experience supporting teacher training institutions in
institutionalizing improved quality teaching, research and services required.

Kindergarten Principal and teacher for IMKA/YMCA Kindergarten in Surabaya
Our School IMKA/YMCA is a National School based on Christian
spirituality that are inclusive and respectful towards other religions
and faiths. We focus on providing children from age 4 to 6 years old
with the necessary tools for learning as they grow to prepare them
with the essential education before entering the primary school.
IMKA/YMCA Kindergarten’s program is especially tailored for children;
we aim to promote and present purposeful activities/games for them
using innovative ideas where such is done to ensure systemic early
education development.
For such purpose, we are currently seeking suitable candidates to fill
in the teacher position in TK IMKA/YMCA. We seek professionals with
