HK Logistics Pty Ltd ditunjuk oleh Australia Indonesia Facility Disaster
Reduction (AIFDR) untuk melakukan perekrutan bantuan teknis yang akan
ditempatkan di Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) dan beberapa
Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) sebagai bagian dari Program
Dukungan Pengembangan Kapasitas BNPB, yang didanai oleh AIFDR. Bantuan
teknis ini memerlukan profesional yang dinamis dan berpengalaman

Médecins du Monde (MdM) / Docters of
the World is an international non-governmental organization (ngo) providing humanitarian
aid in 62 countries worldwide. We rely on the commitment of volunteer health
professionals to providing medical assistance to vulnerable populations
worldwide, as well in France
and the Netherlands.
MdM projects are a mixture of long- term healthcare development, as well as
emergency and post-emergency projects to improve access to primary health care
services for all population groups. For more information about our

MdM in Indonesia will
start up a long term intervention on ‘Making Pregnancy Safer’ in District Bener
Meriah of Aceh Province. MdM shall support the implementation of the national
strategy for Birth Preparedness and Complication Readiness (BPCR) through
upgrading the health services of midwives in remote areas. Meanwhile Village
Health committees will be encouraged through participatory approaches to
involve the community in reducing Maternal and Newborn mortality. The project office is in Takengon, and all
staff will be based there.
For a period of 20 months MdM is seeking for experienced
nationals for the following positions:
I. TRAINER / FACILITATOR
II. ADMINISTRATION/FINANCE OFFICER
Starting date: September 2011
I. Job description Trainer / facilitator:
Responsibilities
* Design and development of training curriculum for different target groups
* Develop training manual and materials based on existing national guidelines
* Organization and facilitation of training sessions and quarterly workshops on related topics of project’s objectives
* Facilitate training sessions with making use of participatory approach and methods
* Supervision, monitoring & evaluation of training session of MdM team in the villages
* Support community development process and community activities related to Program BPCR
* Co-ordination and collaboration with local (health) governmental authorities at different levels, with national institutions on midwifery, education institutes, and with national and international NGO’s
* Supervise and manage community mobilisers
* Perform administrative activities and reporting
Profile of the ideal candidate:
· University degree, preferably in public health, adult
education
· Experience in a similar position
· 2 years experience as trainer / facilitator in rural
area

LOWONGAN RELAWAN
The Habibie Center bekerjasama dengan USAID-SERASI bermaksud menyelenggarakan kegiatan workshop pendidikan damai di Jakarta dan Papua, dengan tema "Breaking Stereotype Building Trust". Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengubah persepsi generasi muda Jakarta dan Papua serta membangun kepercayaan antara satu sama lain.
Kami mencari 8 (delapan) relawan dari lingkungan mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau sudah lulus untuk bergabung dalam program ini sebagai Trainer bagi siswa SMU di Jakarta dengan periode kerja November 2011.
Persyaratan:
•Usia minimal 21 tahun, maksimal 25 tahun
•Memiliki kemampuan presentasi dan komunikasi yang baik
•Menyukai dunia pendidikan, khususnya di lingkungan remaja
•Tertarik dengan isu komunikasi antarkelompok
•Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
•Domisili: Jabodetabek
Tanggung Jawab:
•Bersedia mengikuti proses training sebelum pelaksanaan workshop sesuai waktu yang dijadwalkan.
•Memberikan pelatihan atau menjadi trainer pada siswa SMU sesuai waktu yang dijadwalkan (akhir Oktober atau awal November).
•Membuat laporan kegiatan setelah workshop pendidikan damai di SMU. |
