The Australian Electoral Commission, or the AEC, is the federal
government agency in charge of organizing and supervising federal
elections and referendums in Australia. The AEC was first established
in 1902, as a branch of the Department of Home Affairs. In 1973 it
became the Australian Electoral Office, a name it retained until 21
February 1984 when it became the Australian Electoral Commission, a
Commonwealth statutory authority.

LEMBAGA PENGKAJIAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT (LP2M)
PERIODE 2011-2014
Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LP2M) adalah sebuah Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang fokus terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya pemberdayaan perempuan yang berkedudukan di Padang, Sumatera Barat. LP2M berdiri tahun 1995 dan sejak itu eksis mengemban misi untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera dan mandiri yang memiliki kesadaran dan sikap kritis, setara dan adil gender, menghargai keberagaman, demokratis, anti diskriminasi, kepedulian sosial dan keberlanjutan sumberdaya alam. Secara khusus, Misi LP2M adalah untuk meningkatkan akses dan kontrol perempuan dan masyarakat marginal terhadap kebijakan publik dan sumber daya. Saat ini LP2M mencari seorang Direktur
Eksekutif untuk mengawal dan mengembangkan berbagai program dari beberapa lembaga pendukung seperti HEKS, UNDP, HIVOS, Global Fund for Women, Bread For All dan Mercy Relief.
PERSYARATAN
1. Berpendidikan minimal Sarjana Strata I / S1
2. Batas Usia 45 tahun
3. Memahami dan mempunyai komitmen untuk memperjuangkan terwujudnya visi dan misi LP2M
4. Berpengalaman menjabat posisi manejerial dan bekerja di LSM minimal 5 (lima) tahun
5. Berpengalaman dalam program pemberdayaan perempuan minimal 2 (dua) tahun
6. Menganut nilai dan berprilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai LP2M
7. Tidak menjadi bagian dari partai politik, institusi pemerintah, TNI dan POLRI
8. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
9. Tidak memiliki hubungan darah langsung dan perkawinan dengan Badan Pengurus dan Staff LP2M. |

FIELD Indonesia Foundation (Farmer Initiatives for Ecological Livelihoods and Democracy) is an organization that supports people in marginal communities through education for empowerment. FIELD Indonesia was established on 1 June 2001. FIELD key staff are former members of the FAO Regional Program on Community IPM in Asia (www.CommunityIPM.org) in 1998-2002 and was part of the team that provided technical assistance over 12 years to the National IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Program, local farmer organizations and the Indonesian IPM Farmers Associations. FIELD activities make use of a variety learning approaches including the Farmer Field Schools & Studies, Community Action Research, Sustainable Livelihoods Framework, and Farmer Advocacy.
FIELD-Bumi Ceria (Building Disaster and Climate Change Resilience in Padang Pariaman Farming Communities, West Sumatra) is a program which will generate and support resilience at the community level through the organized participatory action-learning via Field Schools conducted at community and Nagari level. The project was full supported by United State Agency for International Development (USAID) through Cooperative Agreement No. AID-497-A-I0-00002. The program will run for 30 months in period of October 2010-March 2013. Local facilitators will be recruited and trained to manage these activities and to strengthen local program planning and implementation capabilities. Field Schools will address Disaster and Climate Change Vulnerability at the Nagari level in 20 selected Nagari, and technical/livelihood issues at the community level will be addressed through 80 Field Schools in Eco-rice, agro-forestry, and bio-gas/organic fertilizer production.
Follow-up action programs will also be supported at community and Nagari level.

Islamic Relief Worldwide is an International Non-Governmental Organization
(NGO) established in Birmingham, UK in 1984. Islamic Relief has a
consultative status (special category) with the economic and Social Council
of the United Nations is full member of British Overseas NGOs for
Development (BOND) and a signatory to the code of conduct for the
International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and NGOs in Disaster
Relief. It seeks to promote sustainable economic and social development by
working with local communities through relief and development programmes.
Islamic Relief Indonesia is part of Islamic Relief Worldwide which has been
working in Indonesia since 2003. Islamic Relief Indonesia provides service
and support to the communities in mandate areas, based on the MoU with
Department of Home Affairs. There are some initiative sectors under
Emergency and Development program such as Shelter, Water and Sanitation,
Health and Nutrition, Livelihood, Orphans, Education, Marines Fisheries, and
Disaster Preparedness and Response. Through these sectors, Islamic Relief
Indonesia plays significant role in alleviating the suffering and poverty of
the world's poorest people. |
