Employment Opportunity with IAFCP Facility
 
Indonesia Australia Forest Carbon Partnership (IAFCP) Facility is funded by AusAID as part of the Australian Government’s overseas aid program. IDSS and Euroconsult Mott MocDonald, as the Managing Contractor for the IAFCP Facility, seek qualified Indonesian Nationals for following positions:
1.      IAFCP Operations Manager (based in Jakarta)
This position reports directly to the Facility Manager, has responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day management of procurement, finances, operations, asset management, security, administration, and human resource management for the IAFCP.  This includes ensuring that all activities approved by the Partnership Office (PO) are contracted and implemented, and that all aspects of operations, administration, logistical and other support is provided to the PO, and through the PO, the Steering Committee.

2.      KFCP Field Activity Director (based in Kapuas – Kalimantan)
This position reports to the KFCP Coordinator and IAFCP Facility Manager, and works as the technical counterpart to the KFCP Operations Manager.   The KFCP FAD may be delegated activity approval authorization in the absence of the FCP Coordinator, but will need to work with the KFCP Operations manager who will retain financial and operational authorisation.

Women’s Empowerment Officer

Drawing on your knowledge and experience in gender and gender specific advocacy, you’ll support Oxfam and programme partners to review and monitor the implementation of the AusAID funded Building Resilience project that support women’s specific needs and vulnerabilities to disasters. You’ll need to ensure those issues are addressed as an integral part of the programme in all aspects of the programme operations. You’ll also need to work closely with partners to build their capacity further in gender and women’s empowerment and work with other technical officer to ensure that the overall objectives of the programme are achieved with high achievements related to gender and women empowerment.

Cardno Emerging Markets is seeking a candidate for the role of Senior Manager - Partnerships for the AusAID-funded Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ).
AIPJ has the core objective of increasing access to better quality legal information and services in Indonesia. The Senior Manager - Partnerships will support the Program Director and Deputy Program Director to manage the overall communications, promotion and engagement strategy, manage the Technical Support Pool, and oversee Monitoring and Learning for the AIPJ. The position reports to the Deputy Program Director, but under her/his direction, the Senior Manager - Partnerships will also provide advisory support to the Program Director.

The successful candidate for this position must have:
A degree in law or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in a senior strategic advisory position.
An in-depth knowledge and experience of the issues, challenges and history of the law and justice sector in Indonesia.
Familiarity and networks with the various law and justice sector stakeholders in Indonesia.
Excellent inter-personal skills, with skills and experience working successfully cross-culturally.
Working knowledge and experience of communications tools and approaches.
High-level of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Key and responsibilities:
 
1.      Ensures that organization develops strong partnerships necessary to deliver sustainable, responsive and legitimate programs; that program interventions contribute to strengthening an enabling environment that reduces risks of vulnerability and provides children with opportunities to develop and thrive
2.      Responsible for developing the Country Strategic Plan and ensure that Area Strategic Plans supplement and complement the CSP
3.      Leadership for establishing monitoring, evaluation and learning systems to help measure organization’s progress towards its core outcomes, monitors programs for compliance through participation in auditing, regular reporting, frequent communications and routine on-site visits, providing guidance and implementing corrective action as necessary
4.      Responsible for management and technical leadership for maintaining and improving program quality
5.      Responsible for oversight for administrative, financial, and human resources for national office programs; responsible for resource mobilization planning

To contribute to the provision of management and operational services which enable the delivery of key support activities and which help other staff within the zone to perform effectively. Description of responsibilities  :
