COMMUNITY BUSINNES DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT Burung Indonesia adalah organisasi nirlaba yang telah bergiat sejak 15 Juli 2002, bertujuan melestarikan seluruh jenis burung dan habitatnya di Indonesia, serta bekerjasama dengan masyarakat untuk mencapai pembangunan yang lestari. Pada saat ini tengah mengembangkan model usaha ekonomi masyarakat berbasis sumber daya alam rendah karbon di kawasan Wallacea. Diperlukan konsultan yang memiliki kemampuan dalam bidang pengembangan sosial ekonomi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan model usaha ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur, Maluku Utara. Tugas: 1. Bersama masyarakat merencanakan dan melakukan pemetaan tata guna lahan, dan identifikasi potensi pengembangan usaha berbasis sumber daya alam; 2. Melakukan penilaian kapasitas usaha masyarakat; 3. Memfasilitasi pengembangan rencana pengembangan usaha di masing-masing desa pilot; 4. Memfasilitasi penguatan kapasitas kelompok usaha di desa pilot, termasuk memfasilitasi pengembangan jaringan dengan pelaku usaha lain; 5. Memfasilitasi kegiatan pelatihan dan studi banding; 6. Membangun komunikasi dengan para pihak guna mendapatkan dukungan dalam pengembangan usaha ekonomi masyarakat. Kualifikasi 1. Pendidakan S1, diutamakan berlatar belakang ilmu sosial ekonomi pertanian; 2. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang relevan; 3. Mampu beradaptasi dengan situasi lokal dengan cepat; 4. Kemampuan analisa serta menulis laporan yang sangat baik. Masa penugasan 10 (sepuluh) bulan, dengan lokasi kerja di Kabupaten Halmahera Timur dan sebagian waktu di Bogor. Periode kerja bulan September 2011 dan kemungkinan akan diperpanjang. |

· Memiliki pengalaman dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan program pembangunan
· Memiliki pengalaman melakukan penelitian di bidang pembangunan daerah
· Memiliki hubungan baik dengan lembaga donor, pemerintah dan non pemerintah
· Memiliki pengalaman signifikan tentang pembangunan di Provinsi Papua
· Memiliki kemampuan menulis dengan baik dalam bahasa Indonesia
· Pemahaman mendalam tentang sistem Pemerintahan Indonesia, pengelolaan keuangan publik dan layanan dasar
· Fokus dan berorientasi pada hasil.
· Lebih disukai yang memiliki kemampuan berbicara dan menulis Bahasa Inggris dengan baik dan lancar |

Secretariat of CCM Indonesia (Office Manager) CCM Indonesia is the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM), an independent national forum which function is to oversee grants provided to Indonesia by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GFATM). Secretariat of CCM Indonesia is currently seeking to fill the following position: OFFICE MANAGER Based in Jakarta, the Secretariat Office Manager will be responsible for: 1.Working closely with the Executive Secretary and other staff of the Secretariat CCM Indonesia and shall perform administrative functions of CCM Secretariat; 2.Responsible for office management tasks, human resources affairs, general administrative duties, procurement and logistics; 3.Assist all Staff of the CCM Secretariat in preparing CCM activities as meetings/workshop/seminars, Oversight Field Visit and others; 4.Take notes at the CCM relevant activities and prepare minutes jointly with the Secretariat Assistants; 5.Taking care of Secretariat logistical including support for workshops/seminars/meetings; 6.Organize filling system in the CCM Secretariat together with the Administration Assistant; 7.Maintain and update the information of CCM Members, MoM, letters and document from TGF, donors and stakeholders; 8.Supervise Administrative and Office Assistant in facilitating all Secretariats' logistical aspects of Secretariat related administration. 9.Download and upload relevant informations for CCM Indonesia with the supervision of CCM Executive Secretary; 10.Conduct other tasks, deemed necessary by the Executive Secretary; Qualifications: 1.Strata or Master degree in business administration, management or related field; 2.Computer literate and skills; 3.Skills in download and upload informations from and up to the website; 4.At lease 10 years of experiences working to office management for non-profit organizations; 5.Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including government, civil society, private sector and development partners; 6.Ability to work independent, solve problems and supervise administration and office staff; 7.Extraordinary organizational skills, English communication skills both verbal and written; 8.Excellent time management; 9.Ability to work in a team; 10.
