Website Support Person
Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta, YTS, is a community development NGO that is focused on improving economic and social conditions and governance in villages in Kalimantan through participatory planning and community empowerment.
YTS is looking for an experienced Website Support person to assist the YTS Information and Communication unit to maintain and update the YTS website on a regular basis. This could be a part time or full time position.
General Job Description:
Assist the Information and Communication Team in updating, maintaining and developing the YTS website
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Update and maintain the YTS website
2. Assist with coding and developing new content for YTS website pages
3. Collaborate in developing the media library gallery for the YTS website
4. Assist with information technology (computer, internet, server) in YTS office
5. Other duties as required
Experience and Requirements:
1. Good language skills – Bahasa Indonesia, English and Dayak
2. University degree in a relevant subject
3. Good bilingual verbal and written communication skills
4. Prior work experience in a multi-cultural setting
5. Good team working skills
6. Excellent computer/internet skills – (Dreamweaver, Action Script 2.0 & 3.0, Adobe Flash)

SUMMARY
- Name of Project: INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
- Title of activity: Developer for Survey Database
- Duty Station: Yogyakarta, and Lombok for installing, training and
testing the tool
- Timeframe: 4 weeks with 8 days in HIF Lombok Office
- Starting date: ASAP
- Type of Contract: Service Contract
Qualification Required:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in IT including software development
- Have an experience working with NGO or INGO
- Have an experience in project/program Monitoring & Evaluation as well
as participatory assessment tools (questionnaire)
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in software and Database
development and implementation.
- Advanced skills and experience in PhP, MySQL, Apache WebServer and
other relevant database/statistic tools are required
- Understand English and able to communicate in English. Fluency in
Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
- Presentation, training, knowledge sharing, and communication skills
are required.
- Self-organization, autonomy, responsibility and precision are required
soft skills.
- Candidates from Yogyakarta and surrounding area will be preferable.
