Scope of Work Consultant Mobile Data Collection System Development Background/ Project Description Mercy Corps is an international relief and development agency that exists to alleviate suffering, poverty and oppression by helping people build secure, productive and just communities (please go to http://www.mercycorps.org/whoweare for more information). Since 1999, Mercy Corps has been working in Indonesia to improve the communities’ well-being and resilience through partnerships with local government and private sector in the areas of health and nutrition, water and sanitation, economic development, disaster risk reduction and preparedness, and emergency relief. Mercy Corps health and nutrition interventions primarily aims to address the high rates of maternal and infant mortality, and child malnutrition. The interventions range from strengthening communities’ capacity to address the underlying problems of poor health/nutrition status, improving quality and access of essential health care, and supporting creation/enforcement of health policies. Poor quality and use of data is one of the most crucial underlying problems of maternal and child health and nutrition in Indonesia. To address this problem, the Indonesia Ministry of Health has developed the Maternal Child Health Local Area Monitoring and Tracking (MCH- LAMAT) system that comprises of 3 major key components, as follows: Involvement of health providers (public and private) and community members in data collection, Use of computer software and databases for data recording and analysis. For this purpose, the government recommends the use of the ‘Kartini’ software that has been developed with the support of UNICEF, andPartnership of government, health providers and communities in the use of data in decision making and formulation of actions. |

Dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas untuk memimpin, mengelola upaya penanggulangan AIDS, Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Nasional (KPAN) membutuhkan 1 (satu) orang Staf Teknologi Informasi (kode: IT-S). Ruang lingkup pekerjaan: Membantu Koordinator Teknologi Informasi dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional dukungan Teknologi Informasi sehari-hari di Sekretariat Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Nasional. Kualifikasi: 1. Pendidikan min D-3 bidang komputer atau sejenis. 2. Pengalaman min 2 (dua) tahun sebagai system support dengan jumlah user/klien lebih dari 60 pengguna aktif. 3. Memahami konsep komunikasi data: topologi, protokol dan manajemennya. 4. Mampu mengkonfigurasi Operating System maupun virtualisasi pada user/klien (Windows XP/Vista/7, MacOS dan Linux Desktop). 5. Mahir dalam instalasi dan operasionalisasi aplikasi perkantoran (word, excel, powerpoint, mailing, internet, termasuk macro/Vb -xml dan access) dengan basis multi OS (Windows/Mac/Linux). 6. Lebih disukai memiliki pengetahuan tentang webserver dan database (Apache/MySQL/PHP) dan Content Management Services/CMS. |
