The Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF) is a joint project between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia. PRSF is expanding one of the working groups, the Data Unification Policy Working Group where additional personnel are required to support the management and implementation of the National Targeting System and Unified Database for Social Protection Programs in Indonesia. These additional positions are:

Lutheran World
Relief (LWR), a U.S. based non-profit development organization engaged in
seeking lasting solutions to poverty and reducing risk, is seeking an
experienced Database Management Development Consultant for its Indonesia
programs.
The
assignment will be for a month during September in Medan, where the person responsible to
develop LWR database based on data from their partners by respective of their
working sectors. The database should be developed to get regular report that
can be accessed by the LWR staff and it should use Microsoft Access.
ESSENTIAL
JOB REQUIREMENTS

In Jakarta office, CWS is implementing on urban refugee program in Jakarta and Bogor. The program aims to provide care and maintenance to assisted refugees making them enables to access to basic health service, improve knowledge and skills.

General Requirements:
· Having minimal background (S1) in statistic, science, informatics management or related field.
· Minimum a year experience in data base or data management
· Good communication of both spoken and written English
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to handle multi tasking jobs
· Able to work in a team and work harmoniously in a multi-cultural environment
· Experience working with INGO or International environment is beneficial
General Requirements:
· Having strong knowledge in database programs: MS Excel, MS Access or other related program: Visual Basic, Foxpro or MySQL is benefecial.
· Experience in managing data including analysis data and prepare the informative data for management and staff.
· Willing to prepare and provide the capacity building/training of data management for staff
· Having skills in monitoring and evaluation using the informative data to strengthen the program implementation

The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) is a
five-year program providing technical assistance and capacity building
support to local governments and civil society to better manage public
resources, leading to improved service delivery and reduced poverty. The
program is seeking qualified person to fill a vacant position.

*Purpose** of the position**: *
To support the M&E Coordinator in the effective implementation of the M&E
system/plan by ensuring that program activities data are managed, registered
and maintained for reporting and other purposes. Also responsible to assist
the M&E Coordinator to conduct initial analysis and ensure that the program
database generates quality data for AIPD reporting.

*Main Duties and Responsibilities:*
Responsible for providing support to the M&E Coordinator for the development
and implementation of an effective monitoring and evaluation framework for
AIPD, duties include:
· Support in supervising baseline study
· Data base development and maintenance
· Implementation of M&E System/Plan (particulary in the analysis of
AIPD progress and results)
