LOWONGAN SUB-GRANT FINANCIAL CONSULTANT/FINANCE OFFICER PNPM PEDULI – PP LAKPESDAM NU Latar Belakang PP LAKPESDAM NU adalah salah satu perangkat organisasi NU yang didirikan oleh Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul ‘Ulama (PBNU) pada tanggal 7 April 1985 di Jakarta. PP LAKPESDAM NU bekerja untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program-program pengurangan kemiskinan, tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan pengembangan demokrasi. Selain program tersebut, LAKPESDAM NU juga melaksanakan program-program kajian dan penelitian tentang keagamaan, sosial, dan kebudayaan. PP LAKPESDAM NU atas dukungan Kementerian Koordinator Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Menkokesra) dan Bank Dunia melalui PNPM Support Facility (PSF) telah terpilih menjadi salah satu organisasi penerima hibah yang disebut sebagai Executing Organizations (EOs) untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Peduli pada tahap pertama, tahun 2011-2012. Hibah PNPM Peduli yang dikelola Bank Dunia melalui PSF ini dibiaya dari multi donor antara lain AusAID, DANIDA, DFID, UE, The Netherland dan USAID. PNPM Peduli akan menyediakan dukungan langsung untuk kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kapasitas pelatihan untuk memperkuat kapasitas organisasi penerima hibah (grant) dan organisasi-organisasi sub-grant. PNPM Peduli berbeda dari program lainnya dalam PNPM karena didorong oleh organisasi masyarakat sipil dengan dukungan dari pemerintah. Program ini akan berusaha manargetkan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat yang acapkali tidak tersentuh oleh pendekatan pembangunan berbasis masyarakat yang sudah ada, yang dinilai masih kurang efektif di dalam menjangkau kelompok yang paling marjinal. Dalam menjalankan program ini, PP LAKPESDAM NU membutuhkan 1 (satu) orang yang kompeten dan berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan keuangan proyek untuk bekerjasama dalam satu tim kerja agar tujuan program tercapai dengan baik. Posisi/Jabatan Sub-Grant Financial Consultant/ Finance Officer Kedudukan Dalam pelaksanaan PNPM Peduli, Sub-Gant Financial Consultant /Finance Officer akan bekerja di kantor PP LAKPESDAM NU, di Jakarta. Tugas : Secara umum Sub-Gant Financial Consultant /Finance Officer adalah membantu Manajer Program PNPM Peduli- LAKPESDAM dalam pengelolaan keuangan Sub-Grant secara keseluruhan yang meliputi penganggaran, monitoring, pengendalian internal dan pelaporan dana. |

Perhimpunan Pengembangan Media Nusantara (PPMN) didirikan tahun 2006 sebagai sebuah lembaga nirlaba untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme media dan mengembangkan akses informasi media di Indonesia dan wilayah lain di Asia. PPMN melakukan program-program peningkatan kapasitas media, membangun media baru di daerah terpencil, memberikan bantuan darurat untuk media di daerah bencana, dan membuat program isi media (content production).
PPMN membutuhkan seorang akuntan (full time), berkedudukan di Jakarta .
Akuntan bertanggungjawab mengerjakan sistem pembukuan keuangan organisasi sehari-hari dan memberikan laporan langsung kepada Finance Manager. Akuntan membuat bank rekonsiliasi secara bulanan dan menyiapkan laporan biaya berdasarkan mata anggaran secara bulanan, membuat laporan keuangan untuk donor sesuai ketentuan kontrak program dan semua laporan keuangan lainnya. Menyiapkan fund request kepada donor, memperbaharui spending projection. Juga bertanggungjawab mengerjakan laporan pajak.
Kualifikasi:
· Laki-laki atau perempuan warga negara Indonesia
· Bergelar sarjana (S-1) akuntasi
· Memiliki minimum 3 tahun pengalaman mengelola pembukuan, bujet dan pengelolaan keuangan dana bantuan/hibah (grant) langsung dari lembaga donor atau sub grant
· Mampu bekerja dalam tenggat waktu ketat dan mengelola prioritas
· Berkemampuan tinggi beradaptasi dalam berbagai lingkungan
kerja, serta mampu bekerja dalam tim dengan baik
· Memiliki standar integritas personal dan profesional yang tinggi
· Menguasai sistem perpajakan terutama untuk lembaga nonprofit
· Menguasai MS Excel dan diutamakan pengetahuan tentang sistem software akunting Zahir
· Diutamakan yang mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal secara pasif |
