and a member of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural
Research (CGIAR).
A unique opportunity has arisen for gifted individuals to contribute to the
mission of the Center.

*ACCOUNTANT – BUDGETING & PLANNING
*(6 months temporary)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, maintenance of annual budget of the Center and
monthly budget revisions; and perform monthly analysis with Project
Accounting Team in compliance with guidelines;
• Participate in the testing of new budgeting process in close collaboration
with IT staff
• Assist in the processing Human Resource Allocation revisions and
coordinating and maintaining database to ensure accurate personnel cost data
is reflected in the accounts;
• Assisting in the preparation of management and perform monthly closing;
• Assisting in the budgeting and analysis; and proper maintenance of files
and supporting schedules.

Skills and Abilities

Essential

• Must be meticulous and have good organization skills;
• Proficient in English language both in writing and orally;
• Ability to deliver timely and accurate reports;
• Sound basic book-keeping knowledge;
• Computer literate, team player and good interpersonal skills; and
• Good analytical skills.

Desired

• Proficient in using SAP system (Desirable) or other analogous system
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications specifically in Excel
and Access.

CCR is currently looking for qualified staff to fill the “ Accounts Supervisor”
position based in Banda Aceh.
This position will involve enhancing the financial systems, monitoring of
finance aspects related to all transactions and reports from all district and
main office Banda Aceh. This position will also involve socialization of CCR
system and procedures to make sure the compliance of procedure is followed
accordingly. The position will involve working closely with the Finance Manager
and program staff to achieve the strategic and operational goals of CCR
Indonesia.
Position : Accounts Supervisor
Duty Station : Banda Aceh
Supervisor : Finance Manager
Duration of assignment : Apr 2011 to Marc 2012

Description of responsibilities :
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the finance department
staff in each of the field offices.
· Check and review that all expenses have been captured in the correct
account code, project code, and location code.
· Check and review the weekly report from all district offices and give
feedback for any single transaction need correction.
· Review and verify financial transactions, documents and financial
statements of the agency ensuring their integrity and compliance with policies,
regulations and generally accepted accounting principles.
· Participate and supervise timely submission of weekly and monthly
financial report from each district to Banda Aceh office.
· Coordinate with all district offices in order to consolidate the
monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports in time manner.

Adapun tugas dan
tanggung jawab Staf Keuangan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:
 
1.     
Mengelola dan menjalankan sistem keuangan Demos;
2.     
Bertanggung jawab membuat laporan Pajak,
keuangan bulanan,tigabulanan, dan tahunan disertai lap naratif keuangan utk
diserahkan pada Sekretaris Eksekutif;
3.     
Mempersiapkan dan mendampingi manajemen dalam proses
pemeriksaan keuangan oleh Badan Pengurus dan pihak akuntan
publik;
4.     
Melakukan
monitoring atas pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana operasional untuk kegatan rutin
dan non rutin, dan Secara periodik dan aksidental mengajukan dan mencairkan dana
– dana sesuai dengan wewenang dan atau izin/sepengetahuan Sekretaris Eksekutif
dan Direktur Eksekutif;
5.     
Melakukan
supervisi terhadap kasir;
6.    Mengelola
dan menata administrasi Demos secara sistematis;
7.     
Bertanggungjawab
terhadap Sekretaris Eksekutif.

suffering through community-based health programs. We perform our work in
isolated regions connected to us through surfing and are professional, highly

Community Based Health, Emergency Preparation, Environmental Health (Water and
Sanitation) and Malaria prevention.

 

We are now seeking for
Finance Assistant, to be based in Gunung
Sitoli, Nias. The Finance Assistant will report to the Finance Manager and will
work as an integral part of the program management teams. The purpose of the
role is to administer
finances including petty cash management and bank transactions and to ensure
all cash and related activities are accountable.

 

The
key responsibilities of the successful applicant will be responsible for:

Vouchering,
bookkeeping and finance administration;Payment
transactions;Cash counting
with Finance Officer;Input transactions
to Accounting software;Submit GL to
FO;Prepare balance
sheets, P&L report on a monthly basis;Reconciliation
balance sheets accounts on a monthly basis;Prepare salary
statements and send to staff;Calculate
Jamsostek premium for all staff on a monthly basis, report to Jamsostek
and anything related with it, including registering new staff;Maintain and
