Waspola Phase III (Waspola Facility) http://waspola.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=16&Itemid=27 merupakan suatu kegiatan/Project dari AusAID yang di administrasikan melalui Bank Dunia untuk pemerintah Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat, khususnya kelompok masyarakat miskin, terhadap air minum dan sanitasi yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan ekonomi dan mendukung pencapaian Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) khususnya target air minum dan sanitasi pada tahun 2015. pada Waspola Phase III, dana hibah sebagian ada yang dikelola oleh bank (Bank Executed), dan sebagian lagi ada yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah (Direktorat Permukiman dan Perumahan Bappenas). Hibah ini bertujuan untuk untuk memperkuat kapasitas Pemerintah Indonesia untuk memandu pembangunan di sektor air minum dan penyehatan lingkungan dengan menekankan kepada pendekatan partisipatif dan responsif kepada permintaan, melalui pembentukan Fasilitas yang memiliki fleksibilitas untuk merespon kebutuhan yang muncul dan isu-isu dalam area program (pengembangan kebijakan, pelaksanaan kebijakan, dan manajemen sektor). untuk kepentingan pengelolaan keuangan, pelaporan, dan hal-hal terkait isu keuangan, maka dibutuhkan 1 (satu) orang tenaga ahli Financial Management Specialist (FMS).
