The Bali Animal Welfare Association, BAWA,a non-profit organization registered in Bali, Indonesia, is dedicated to improving the lives of animals. BAWA's mission is to relieve suffering and overpopulation by providing medical care, spay and neutering, street-feeding and adoption, and by educating children and adults in animal welfare. We heavily rely on the kind efforts of our volunteers and donors; and now we are looking for the key person for joining our team as LogisticManager / ER Coordinator. Responsibilities will include: · Responding to emergency calls to provide emergency rescue for street & unowned animals. · Responding animal care calls to provide information on animal welfare, animal rescue and rabies case. · Coordinate with the ambulance / education / ER team to organize immediate rescue to animal in needs (accidents, distress, tortured, etc). · Building and maintaining long-term relationships with BAWA sponsors / funders. · Managing all BAWA’s programs, including Ambulance, Clinic, Education and BAWA Shop. · Managing and updating databases to record drugs entry and usage and prepare monthly report to sponsors on the drugs incoming, outgoing and remaining stocks. · Ensuring Ambulance & Spay Neuter Program operations are efficient and maximizing the use of the limited resources provided. · Organizing monthly report with related departments such as Clinic, Ambulance, Spay Neuter program, Shop, Education and Accounting. · Making list of delivered donations and meet the donators when they visited BAWA office. · Translating reports / documents / presentation from English to Bahasa Indonesia or vice versa. Qualifications: · Very good leadership and managerial skills · Focus, detail oriented and analytical (especially in handling database and numbers / figures) · Confident, dynamic and team player · High degree of integrity, honest and very trustworthy · Excellent communication both in English and Bahasa, presentation and negotiation skills |

Caritas Switzerland (CACH) is an international non-government organization (INGO) with sound experience in the field of post disaster relief operations. Caritas Switzerland is implementing projects in Indonesia since 2005 in Sumatra, Java and Bali. Currently Caritas Switzerland Meulaboh, is seeking a “Warehouse Assistant” who is qualified and highly motivated. Required Qualifications: - Experience in managing a ware house - Initiative, able to work independently and able to prioritize tasks - Profound knowledge of logistic procedures - Computer capability - Ensure proper Ware House Inventory - Experiences in handling incoming and outgoing construction materials - Ensure proper documentation - Ensure time right delivery to the site - Leading a small team (Loaders, Driver) - Team Player - Basic English knowledge would be a plus The Warehouse Assistant has the responsibility for the day to-day operation of the Field Warehouse to oversee and administrates. He/she provides support the Sanitation Project for the Caritas Switzerland Office in Meulaboh. Posisi : Logistic Officer Atasan Langsung : Programme Coordinator 1. Mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan proses pengadaan baik secara lelang umum maupun pemilihan langsung. 2. Mengelola proses pengiriman barang dari dan ke Kantor Lapangan di Simeulue dan Singkil. 3. Memastikan semua pembelian telah dilakukan analisa harga dan tagihan didukung oleh dokumen pendukung yang cukup. 4. Memastikan semua pembelian tercatat dengan baik di dalam Buku Penyimpanan sesuai dengan informasi berdasarkan tagihan dan permintaan pembelian (purchase request). 5. Memastikan jumlah dan kualitas dari barang-barang yang telah dibeli dan diterima dari toko/supplier. 6. Memonitor proses pengadaan atas permintaan yang masuk dengan menyimpan fotokopi dari permintaan pembelian (Purchase Request) 7. Mengunjungi Kantor Lapangan di Simeulu dan Singkil untuk mengawasi/mendukung pengelolaan penyimpanan persediaan di kantor lapangan. 8. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan langsung. |

IOM will apply parts of the grant for Business Management Training for Micro- and Small Enterprise by a Consultant Organization. The IOM is seeking an experienced external auditor firm to make a financial auditing to IOM-JRF project. The audit firm shall have the following qualifications: The Auditor must be able to mobilize experienced annual auditors from accounting and financial backgrounds. The Service Provider must have demonstrated experience in conducting audits in similar projects in the non-government sector. The Auditor is required to have prior experience in the SAP software environment. Profound knowledge of both Indonesian and English language is compulsory. The implementation period is one and a half month, expected start date mid of July 2011 and completion by 31 August 2011.
