Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks a Resource Mobilization and Leveraging Advisor for a USAID-funded program to increase performance and technical knowledge required by organizations to effectively implement integrated interventions targeting most-at-risk-populations. The project will introduce evidence-based interventions to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver quality services. Responsibilities include: provides leadership and guidance in the areas of leveraging funding, identifying and mobilizing resources to strengthen program activities and attract partners to contribute to the goals of the ASII Indonesia Project. |

| Qualifications |
• Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, international development or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years development experience in Indonesia
• Thorough understanding of donors, including Global Fund, UNAIDS, AUSAID, DFID foundations, corporate sponsors, private donors and other donors interested in international public health.
• Five years of experience in the area of grants management, contracting, and/or accounting and financial management, preferably working with donor-funded programs and/or NGOs
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with donors, project stakeholders, in-country collaborators, and staff at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Bahasa, Indonesia and English
