Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for a USAID-funded program to increase performance and technical knowledge required by organizations to effectively implement integrated interventions targeting most-at-risk-populations.  The project will introduce evidence-based interventions to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver quality services.  Responsibilities include: identifying M&E needs, designing and maintaining data collection systems and for ensuring that all necessary information, from both routine reporting as well as from ad hoc data collection efforts and special studies, is collected, analyzed and used in guiding internal project planning and informing external partners about project activities and accomplishments.
