Management Sciences for Health (MSH) seeks Finance and Administration Officer for a USAID-funded program to increase performance and technical knowledge required by organizations to effectively implement integrated interventions targeting most-at-risk-populations.  The project will introduce evidence-based interventions to strengthen organizations’ capacity to deliver quality services. Responsibilities include: supervise finance and administrative staff including oversight of those in regional and country offices, and provide for their training; provide counsel and analysis in support of the decision making process; and support the financial and administrative components of institutional development of other counterpart organizations as part of the project’s implementation.
