| Yayasan Inovasi Teknologi (INOTEK) was established in January 2008 with the aims of facilitating the development of inventive and innovative technologies on water, energy health, agriculture and biodiversity that can improve productivity, efficiency and livelihood of the communities; giving recognition to inventors/innovators whose technologies have proven to create impacts to the betterment of people’s lives; and fostering the growth of students with inventive and entrepreneurial minds that lead to the creation of employment and/or capacity in creating new jobs for the communities. INOTEK is now recruiting a Program Coordinator/Manager with the following requirements. Function: The Program Coordinator/Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including planning, organizing, staffing, monitoring and evaluating program activities. The Program Coordinator/Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following: i. Program Planning § Plan the management of overall programs and their activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of INOTEK. § Create new initiatives/programs and work together with the Business/ Investment Coordinator in finding prospective donors. § Develop and implement mentoring plans for projects or innovations supported by INOTEK. § Prepare annual budget and operating plan to support programs. § Develop program monitoring and evaluation to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement. ii. Program Management § Ensure the development of projects and innovations according to the mentoring plans, within the approved budget and within the policies and procedures of INOTEK. § Coordinate the works with the mentoring officers of implementing partners and any institutions engaged by INOTEK to ensure effective and efficient work distribution, proposal review and the management of INOTEK’s projects. § Develop forms and records to document project activities for documentation and statistical purposes. § Write reports on the projects supported by INOTEK for internal purposes (the management and the Boards) as well as external purposes including other funding agencies and collaborators. § Monitor project activities on regular basis and conduct an annual evaluation according to project monitoring and evaluation framework. § Report evaluation findings to the Executive Director and recommend changes to enhance project management by INOTEK. |
