VACANCY – FINANCE OFFICER Terre des Hommes Netherlands – Padang Office Terre des Hommes Netherlands aims to improve the quality of life of deprived children regardless of race, faith and political orientation through partnerships with local NGO’s/Institutions and with specific focus on education, health and socio-economic welfare. The Finance Officer shall provide support to the “Psychosocial and protection intervention in the aftermath of the earthquake program” located in Padang, in the area of finance administration. S/he will be directly responsible to the Program Coordinator. Key Responsibilities - Program accounting implementation; - Program cash flow preparation and monitoring; - Program budget and expenses monitoring and controlling; - Program financial report preparation; - Program audit preparation. |

| Qualifications |
Qualifications, knowledge and experience
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Minimum 3 years experience in NGOs work;
- Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Other financial and/or taxes courses taken will be advantages;
- Competent team player, conscious about different cross cultural values;
- Willingness to stay in Padang;
- Indonesian citizen
