SurfAid
International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the alleviation of human
suffering through community-based health programs. We perform our work in
isolated regions connected to us through surfing and are professional, highly
energized, innovative and youthful in our outlook. Our main program areas are
Community Based Health, Emergency Preparation, Environmental Health (Water and
Sanitation) and Malaria prevention.
We
are now seeking for Two Field Managersfor the Emergency Preparedness Program to be
based in Tua Pejat, Mentawai, and Gunung Sitoli, Nias. The Field
Manager will report and provide information directly to the E-Prep Program
Manager.
The tasks expected
of the E-prep Field Manager include:
* Assist in conducting and in facilitating capacity-building workshops related to the DRR specifics for project stakeholders and SAI staff members.
* To provide management and support to SurfAid International community facilitation training teams based at the sub-district level.
· Assist the E-prep Program Manager in overall
planning, implementation and monitoring of the E-prep Program in cooperation
with the Monev Officer.
· Support the implementation of the M&E
processes for the DRR project, in cooperation with the Monitoring and
Evaluation Officer
· Plan field training and workshop schedules
at the field level and ensure that training and workshops are conducted within
established deadlines. |
